A Dog Day

It's no secret (well, if it was I guess it's not now) that I love dog/puppies in any sort of ensemble you can squeeze them in.

God help the dog that ever comes in to my life. That poor guy is going to have zero chance of getting canine respect at the park/day care/Petco/any other pet friendly establishment.

In an effort to get myself more in the Holiday spirit, I decided to do a Google search for: "dogs in Christmas outfits".

The results can only be described in one word: FABULOUS!

So I decided to share.

Sometimes we like to go to the Barnes & Noble on the weekends and pick out magazines and then read them on the couch in the afternoon. (cute I know!)

This week, along with a copy of People, I picked out this beautifully covered periodical.
Note: apparently DETAILS is a mens magazine. I can't tell you anything else that was in this issue but the main article involves this guy:

An Earful of Awesome

When was the last time I used my blog to confess my love for John Mayer?

It seems like it has been too long.
So today, the newest JM cd "Battle Studies" came out.

Impatient me couldn't wait for the itunes downloaded copy, so I made a trip to Target this morning.

WHOA!

Being impatient doesn't always work in my favor. But, in todays case, it means magic!

Happy Friday the 13th!

Actually, I'm not sure this is a "happy holiday" type of occasion but I don't know what else to say.

Anywho,

The ACTUAL holidays are coming up quick!

Just 2 weeks until Thanksgiving (my 2nd fave holiday for anyone who is keeping track)!

So, on a serious note: when it comes to overstuffing yourself on TDay...you may want to think twice.

There's a certain pug I know who occasionally (every meal if you let her) overstuffs herself at the dinner table. No holiday required for her.

She was recently nominated in the Chelsea Lately Fat Dog Contest.

Even though you root for one team to win a football game (because you picked them in your weekly bets you make with Grandpa), its still ok to root for the other team to score because their player is on your boyfriends Fantasy Football team.
